I. OVERALL JOB RESPONSIBILITY

As a Senior IT Supporter, you will take full ownership of core IT operations across the organization. You will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, improving system reliability, and driving continuous improvements in IT tools and processes. This is a senior individual contributor role — ideal for someone with deep hands-on experience who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and collaborating cross-functionally.


II. KEY JOB DUTIES

  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve advanced hardware, software, and network issues (LAN/Wi-Fi, internet, printers, cameras, etc.).

  • Set up, configure, and maintain Mac and Windows workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals for staff.

  • Install and maintain operating systems and essential software/hardware applications.

  • Manage and update the company’s IT asset inventory and ensure accurate monthly reporting.

  • Administer software licenses and test devices for development and QA purposes.

  • Perform data backups and support recovery processes for employee data and devices.

  • Monitor the health of hardware (ink, components, wear) and coordinate replacements or repairs.

  • Create and maintain clear IT documentation, including SOPs and user guides.

  • Source quotations for IT equipment and liaise with procurement as needed.

  • Provide advanced troubleshooting support to other departments when required.

  • Deliver end-user guidance and training on system use and tools.

  • Identify opportunities to improve IT efficiency and security through new tools or process enhancements.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals through robust IT operations.

  • And other relevant tasks.


III. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience; and an equivalent in education and experience.

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer.

  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, TeamViewer, G-Suite, Google Drive, etc.).

  • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems.

  • Knowledge of MacBook software, LAN and wireless networks.

  • Knowledge of Smartphones and Tablets.

  • Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.

  • Good communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Good at moral character, honesty, enthusiasm, carefulness, and a high sense of responsibility in work.

  • Vendor and supplier management.
