I. KEY JOB DUTIES

  • Develop and maintain mobile game features on Unity under the guidance of senior developers or team leads.

  • Implement and optimize game features based on design specifications from the Game Design team.

  • Collaborate with backend developers to support basic client-server communication when needed.

  • Follow established development pipelines and workflows, contributing to their maintenance and improvement.

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following company standards and MVC (or similar) design patterns.

  • Optimize game performance (memory usage, frame rate) to ensure smooth gameplay across mobile devices.

  • Identify, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.

  • Participate in patching, updating, and testing processes to ensure product quality and stability.


II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES

KNOWLEDGE

  • Good understanding of Unity and its ecosystem.

  • Proficiency in C#, including experience with UI, animations, and core gameplay systems.

  • Understanding of object-oriented programming and basic game architecture.

  • Familiarity with mobile game development workflows and optimization techniques.

  • Basic understanding of memory management on mobile devices.

  • Basic understanding of client-server concepts is a plus.

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN).

  • Familiarity with debugging tools and testing processes.

  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 2–3 years of experience in Unity development (including academic or personal projects).

  • Familiarity with MVC or similar architectural patterns is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

  • Good English reading and writing skills for collaboration in an international environment.

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) to support coding and learning.

  • Ability to critically evaluate and adapt AI-generated solutions.
