Digital Marketing Specialist

I. KEY JOB DUTIES

Athena TechHub is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies to promote our products. You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, attracting new users, and driving user engagement through various marketing channels. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the rapidly evolving world of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. The position is also expected to monitor progress to agreed measures and within set organizational procedures.

The ideal candidate can work on multiple initiatives simultaneously and translate data into digestible and actionable insights that improve our businesses:

• Collaborate with the stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our target audience and business goals.

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

• Create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email campaigns, to educate and engage our users.

• Manage content distribution across various platforms, including social media, forums, and crypto-related websites.

• Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to build and maintain a strong online presence.

• Monitor and analyze social media performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance engagement and reach.

• Implement user acquisition strategies, such as pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, influencer partnerships, and community engagement.

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture and retain users.

• Use analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to assess the effectiveness of strategies. Make data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvements.

• Ensure that all marketing materials and communications align with the company's brand identity and values.

• Monitor online reputation and respond to user feedback and inquiries promptly.

• Stay informed about crypto industry regulations and ensure all marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws and guidelines.

• Other tasks requested by the line manager.

II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTE

KNOWLEDGE:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience of at least 3 years in digital marketing, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.

• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.

• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory issues in the crypto industry is a plus.

SKILL & ABILITY:

• Good presentation and documentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills.
