I. KEY JOB DUTIES
Product Ownership & Delivery
Collaborate with Product Managers to define and execute the product roadmap.
Manage feature planning, specs, and delivery timelines in coordination with Design and Engineering teams.
Create and maintain clear, actionable product documentation on platforms like Confluence and Notion.
Translate business requirements into product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
Data & Decision-Making
Track product KPIs and propose data-informed improvements.
Conduct in-depth analysis on feature performance, user behavior, and funnels.
Collaborate with Analysts and QA to validate hypotheses and ensure feature quality.
Team Collaboration
Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews (as needed).
Ensure product tasks in Jira are well-defined and regularly updated.
Coordinate with Game Designers to align feature delivery with design intent.
Ensure the team follows product discovery and delivery checklists.
II. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT / SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES
EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES
3+ years of experience in a Product, Game Development, or Technical Product role.
Strong interest in games and user-centered design.
Able to break down complexity, balance scope vs. value, and communicate priorities clearly.
Technically curious: able to understand how systems work and communicate clearly with developers.
Self-driven, motivated, and able to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
SKILLS
Fluent in English (TOEIC 700+ or equivalent).
Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams and time zones.
Experience working with global stakeholders, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and professionalism.
Excellent data analysis skills (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
Structured problem-solving mindset and critical thinking ability.
Attention to detail while keeping an eye on broader strategic objectives.
Comfortable writing features specs, mockups, flow diagrams, and wireframes.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Technical background (can communicate confidently with engineers and understand system limitations).
Very strong data analysis skills: ability to draw insights from metrics and convert them into actions.
Experience using product tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, product analytics dashboards).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in a game studio or mobile game product team.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development.
Candidates are required to hold a Google Project Management Certificate or obtain it within 3 months of onboarding.
